Once your order has been shipped, we will email you a tracking number. Please regularly check your tracking information in case any issues arise, such as:

Most packages are delivered via FedEx or UPS, offering real-time tracking so you can monitor progress at every stage.
In some cases, your package may first be shipped by air to your country, where we handle customs clearance before handing it over to FedEx/UPS for final delivery. During this initial stage, the tracking number may only show “label created” with no updates available. This is normal.

📍 Pick-Up Option
If you'd prefer to pick up your package at a local FedEx/UPS store, please:

Provide the pick-up address before we ship the package.

Contact the store in advance to confirm they allow pick-ups.
⚠️ If the store refuses delivery or the address is invalid, the buyer is responsible for any resulting fees. Please confirm accuracy beforehand.

⏰ Change Delivery Time / Hold
If you're unavailable to receive the package during the expected delivery time, you can:

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive full tracking details from the courier, including any options to reschedule or hold the package.
