Cancellation & Return Policy

At LustDollHub, order processing begins within 8 hours of payment confirmation. This means your custom doll starts production or your in-stock doll is being packed for shipment. Materials are procured, schedules are allocated, and costs are incurred immediately. To ensure timely delivery, we work within strict timeframes. Please double-check your order before submission.


🛑 Cancellation Policy

Below is our current refund/exchange/cancellation structure.
All restocking fees are based on your total order amount:

  • Cancel within 12 hours – 10% non-refundable restocking fee

  • Cancel after 12 hours but before shipping (in production) – 20% restocking fee

  • Doll is nearly finished but not shipped – 30% restocking fee

Why do we charge restocking fees?
Processing an order involves real labor, materials, and time. Customer support must communicate with you and the manufacturer. For in-stock dolls, packaging labor is involved. For custom dolls, production materials and labor are pre-allocated. Canceling a finished product creates a loss we need to mitigate to keep overall pricing low.

🧾 Return Policy

We only accept returns in cases of receiving the wrong doll.

❌ Wrong Doll Received

If the doll looks completely different from factory photos or website listings, please send us an unboxing video clearly showing the full body, head, shipping label, and outer box. We will verify with our factory and shipping partner and arrange a replacement.

📦 Damaged Dolls

If the package is severely damaged, file a claim with the shipping carrier immediately and notify us.

  • Severe damage: We’ll arrange a replacement

  • Minor damage: We’ll send a repair kit at no cost

⚠️ You must inspect the doll from head to toe upon delivery. It must be brand new, unused, and unwashed.

❗ Not Covered by Warranty:

  • User damage: All dolls undergo strict quality checks before shipping.

  • Used or washed dolls: Cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Skin tone mismatch: Slight differences due to lighting/screen are normal.

  • Loose nails: Light glue is used for easy removal. Re-attach using included glue.

  • Eyelash issues: Protective mask is included. You can re-attach lashes with glue.

  • Makeup difference: May not perfectly match promo photos. You can reapply makeup.

  • Heating/moaning functions: Please check these features upon arrival. If broken later due to misuse, it's not covered. Repair can be arranged if you pay for shipping.


💰 Refund Process

Once your cancellation or return is approved, we’ll refund to your original payment method or PayPal:

  • PayPal: Within 2 business days

If your refund hasn't arrived within this time, contact us for a refund tracking number, then check with your card issuer or bank.
DO NOT file a chargeback—this will delay the refund significantly.
