At LustDollHub.com, we offer free & discreet worldwide shipping for all orders. However, due to import regulations, we DO NOT SHIP to the following regions: Islamic countries, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Africa, Mexico, or Brazil.


📦 In-Stock Sex Dolls — Fast Delivery (2–7 Working Days)

We have pre-made dolls stored in our international warehouses in the USA, UK, EU, CA, and AU. These dolls do not require production time and can be delivered within 2–7 working days after your order is confirmed.

For US customers: Our in-stock dolls are stored in California, and orders are shipped out directly from there. You can expect to receive your order within 2–7 working days.

🚫 Damaged Packaging Notice

Due to long-distance shipping, some cartons may show signs of wear.
If the outer box is damaged or appears opened, DO NOT SIGN for it.
If you accidentally sign for a damaged package, please contact us immediately with photos or videos.


📦 Tracking & Discreet Shipping

You will receive a tracking number by email after dispatch.
Please monitor the status closely to prevent issues like loss or tracking suspension.

All dolls are shipped in plain, unmarked boxes with no adult content labeling.
However, customs agents may open packages for inspection and import tax assessment (especially for orders outside the USA).


🏪 Pickup Requests (Currently On Hold Due to COVID-19)

If you'd like to pick up your order from a local FedEx/UPS store, contact us first with the store’s exact address. Please ensure it's a valid location — if a package is refused or undeliverable, the return costs can exceed $1,000–$3,000 and will be your responsibility.


📸 Delivery Inspection

Inspect your order upon arrival. If the carton shows any damage, take photos or videos before opening. Even if the box looks fine, it's best to record an unboxing video to verify contents and condition.

This documentation helps us assist you in case of shipping damage or warranty issues.


📪 Missing Packages

If the tracking number shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive your package, contact FedEx/UPS immediately and file a claim.

Most orders are shipped with Adult Signature Service for added protection (exceptions may apply).


🔁 Order Changes, Cancellations & Returns

  • Within 12 hours: 10% cancellation fee

  • After 12 hours: 20–30% cancellation fee (covers production and material costs)

This fee is deducted from your refund once your card has been charged.


❌ Wrong or Damaged Dolls

  • Wrong doll received: Send us an unboxing video clearly showing the entire doll, head, shipping label, and packaging box. We'll investigate with the factory and arrange a replacement.

  • Damaged dolls: If damage is severe, we’ll arrange a replacement. For minor damage, we may provide a repair kit.


⚠️ Important Notes

  • Do not file a dispute with your bank or return the package without contacting us first.

  • The return address on the package is not valid for made-to-order or in-stock returns.

  • Dolls must be brand new, unused, and in original packaging to be eligible for a return.
